This is where you can search and track orders for your store irrespective of whether the order is originated in Hathi Shopping App or another e-commerce channel.

Order Search

Orders page includes a table with all the orders received for your store. You can filter records in the table using fields like Marketplace, Order Id, Order Status, Order Date etc.

Order Details

You can navigate to the Order Details page by clicking on a corresponding row in the Orders table. This page contains the exhaustive information related to the order.

Delivery

Delivery section contains customer address and the selected shipping method.

Billing

Billing section is further divided into two sub-sections.

Customer Charges

Here you will find the amounts charged to customer. This includes subtotal, shipping, sales tax, and any applicable discounts. Please note that for "External Orders" customers are not charged by Hathi and hence these values will not be applicable. However at the time of external order creation you can provide order total amount for your own records.

Hathi Fees

• Fulfillment fee is the amount charged by Hathi for packing, and delivering your order to the customer.
• Transaction fee is the amount charged by Hathi when a customer places order using Hathi Shopping App.
• Payment Processing fee is the amount charged by our payment processor when customers make payment for the order on Hathi Shopping App.

Order Lines

Lines section includes the details regarding the items in the order. Every order line is associated with a product, SKU, and quantity. Once Hathi fulfills the order you can see the Fulfillment Location from where the order is shipped out to the customer and the Fulfillment Fee associated to the order line.
