When you navigate to the Inventory page you will see a table with the current inventory for each of your SKUs. Each row in this table is corresponds to an Inventory Lot which is a combination of SKU and Warehouse Location. Below is a detailed explanation of the properties of an Inventory Lot.
Clicking on a row in the table will navigate to the inventory lot page. Here you can see the transactions associated with the inventory lot and the effect they have on the available quantity. Each transaction has a Transaction Type that determines whether the transaction results in an increase or decrease in quantity. Below are the Transaction Types that are currently supported.
Export Shipments are the shipments Hathi receives when you export products from India. When Hathi receives the shipments it replenishes your stock and increases the available quantity.
When customers order your products either in Hathi Shopping App or any other e-commerce channel, Hathi fulfills the order using the on-hand inventory and the available quantity will be decreased.
If your store accepts returns and in the event of customers returning the order, Hathi receives the returns and increases the available quantity of the products accordingly.
Storage fee is calculated based on the space your inventory occupies in Hathi's warehouses. You can monitor the daily inventory space usage using Daily Usage button. By default this page shows the daily inventory space usage of current period in cubic feet. At the end of the month Hathi calculates the average space used during the period and bills you accordingly.
